I am committed to excellent results by using the freshest ingredients and preparing them properly.
I graduated with honors from La Maison Grenouille culinary school, previously located in Pacific Grove, California. Upon graduation, I worked in a variety of culinary settings including hotel work, privately owned restaurants, catering as well as a private sailing yacht. Three seasons on the yacht Wind-A-Way were spent sailing the seas of the West Indies, Bahamas, Virgin Islands and the eastern seaboard. I learned a great deal during this time about personal service as well as creative cuisine.
